Small Bungalow Neighborhood: 3 Units for Rent 🏘️ The Sims 4 Speed Build | No CC | Base Game only
Sul Sul Simmers! I built this Small Bungalow Neighborhood in Willow Creek with only the Base Game. It has 3 units that I built it preparation for the For Rent expansion pack.
The house on the left is for a single Sim household or a couple with one bedroom, there's a grill and dining area in the backyard and a telescope.
The green house in the middle has two bedrooms for two parents and one child, as well as some monkey bars and planter boxes in the backyard.
And lastly, the pink house on the right also has two bedrooms but there's room for two parents and two children and a monkey bar + sandbox with dollhouse in the yard. Hope you like it! ♥
