When you realize your target is going to be about the same size as the pin on your sight, your sphincter starts to tighten. It’s inevitable. But Nock On Archery’s John Dudley is here to show you how to think through it.
Just keep your head level and treat that small distant target or animal just like a close-range target. Focus on your shot timing, your rhythm, and staying just as fluid as you would for a 20-yard chip shot. Just tappety-tap it in like Happy Gilmore. If you overthink it, you’re going to make the shot twice as hard.
