Update :Some users have reported that by reinstalling the store help them out :
please open the powershell (as admin) and type following command to uninstall window store :
Get-AppxPackage -allusers WindowsStore | Remove-AppxPackage
Reboot your computer
again open powershell (as admin) and type following command and hit enter to reinstall store :
Get-AppxPackage -allusers WindowsStore | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}
