How to FIX Audacity Not Opening And Freezes on Startup (EASY) | 2018

In this video, we will show you guys how to fix audacity if it won't launch on startup and it just freezes. This is a very quick, simple, and easy fix.
If it doesn't work then try the following:
1. Go to Control Panel
2. Click on "Sound"
3. Go to the "Recording" section
4. Select Everything in there
5. And go to Enhancements
6. And click on "Disable all sound effect"
7. Then hit "Apply"
