Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 was launched back in 2017 and a wonderful device and still running flawlessly in 2020. My device is snapdragon chipset code name mido and this procedure is for snapdragon chipset redmi note 4 only. Unlocking of bootloader must required if you want to flash a custom recovery and later want to root the device or either want to flash custom rom. Redmi note 4 bootloader unlocking is easy, rest latest xiaomi devices taking days like 3 to 7 days for unlocking bootloader procedure. Any way i am showing the tutorial of unlocking redmi note 4 bootloader in a very easy way. Follow the steps if you want to unlock redmi note 4 bootloader and want to flash custom recovery later. I will downgrade my redmi note 4 from miui 11 to miui 10 then miui 9. But bootloader must be unlock.
register your mi account by giving your sim number using in your redmi note 4 to regiester your device status to xiamo.
