Polar Pattern (Part Design Workbench) - Follow these steps:
Select the 'Complete' or 'Part Design' workbench.
Click on 'Model'.
The patterned feature will be the hole (Pocket), not the whole object (Pad) like in the first video.
Click on the polar pattern button.
Enter the angle of the complete pattern.
'Occurrences' stands for the number of items you want to pattern.
The center point is on the origin, this is the middle of the object.
Check 'Reverse direction' to flip the pattern direction.
You can change the center point of the pattern by selecting an edge.
Items become red when a pattern is not possible.
Click on 'OK' when you're done.
Look at the polar pattern!
