This initiative applies to all residents, visitors, and Gulf Cooperation Council citizens and provides a six-month grace period to settle fines. Additionally, starting January 2024, the Musaned platform will allow Saudi employers to hire domestic workers on an hourly or weekly basis, bringing more flexibility to the labor market.
