In this talk we will get a look at the Context API, one of React’s newest and most powerful tools. The Context API gives you the ability to manage your data in a way that was not accessible to React ever before. Let’s explore the best practices for using this robust feature in production. We will look into different implementation patterns using default values to make your context instances more dynamic. We will track through Provider/Consumer relationships, and see just why it can be considered as a Redux replacement.
