A total of 152 fire calls were received by Fire Service Department in Delhi on the occasion of Diwali yesterday, which is 25 percent less compared to last year, said Atul Garg, Director of Delhi Fire Services, on November 05. He said, "Around 152 fire calls received on Diwali till midnight. Delhi received the lowest number of fire calls compared to previous years. People burst fewer firecrackers this year. No major fire calls have been received. A total of 4 calls are suspected to be connected with firecrackers."
