How I Set up My Laptop for Cross Exams - OnCue
I just got back from hot seating a patent trial in the N.D.Ill, and before I cleared off the files from my laptop, I thought I'd go over how I set up my screens for fast access to everything I might need during a cross.
Please note that my brain is still a bit fried from trial, so I frequently switch back and forth between referring to my trial presentation software as Trial Director versus OnCue. But rest assured, I used OnCue during this trial. In fact, both sides hot seaters were using OnCue.
