Next up in the Vic Firth Studio Sessions is Pedro Segundo, an in-demand percussionist whose multi-genre expertise inspires and delights audiences whenever he hits the stage.

Born in Lisbon, Portugal, Pedro began drumming early in his life. As he entered college, he spent his days at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama and his nights at the iconic Ronnie Scotts. With his unique background, we knew he'd bring something special to our VF Studio Sessions - what we didn't know was how he'd blow our minds with his infectious energy and limitless musicianship behind every single instrument. We couldn't be more proud to premiere Pedro's first studio session performance, "Samba Galactica."
