CVE-2021-44228 has been determined to impact DDOS and DDMC via the Apache Log4j opensource component it ships. There is no impact to customers on DDOS 7.2 and below. This impacts customer running DDOS 7.3 to 7.7.0.6 only.
Upgrades should be applied to remediate CVE-2021-44228 when available. You can contact Dell EMC Support for a robust workaround to fix the CVE while the patch upgrade is under development.
