Redmi Note 9S Not Charging Or Power On

we got this device with no power on or turning on, customer told me the device is not working by itself, they didnt menthion they dropped it, they hide information for no reason, anyway the device was making sounds, there was no screen, we charged the phone it charged, so we open it to see what casued the problem, is it the screen damaged or screen flex cable was unplugged ??
