Pouring the concrete for footers and pad * Building a Grain Bin House E6
We are building a grain bin house to use as a Short term rental (STR) which will be posted as a Vacation Rental We will take you on our journey building it and then will share the process of posting it and actually earning an INCOME!
Episode 6: The forms are set. The footers are dug. Today we have a company come in and pour the concrete for the grain bin pad. Footers are 2 feet deep. Pad is 28' diameter and 12 inches high! Once it sets we'll be able to have the grain bin built on site.
