This the best way to create + format your videos for export for Instagram. It will keep your video's quality, it'll keep your videos intended composition, AND it will fill up the maximum amount of the screen on Instagram as possible so more people will be attracted to your post.

🚩ALSO, I forgot to mention some video export specifics for Instagram 🚩

-Make sure it's between 3 seconds and 60 seconds long
-Export in MP4
-H.264 codec
-AAC audio
-Some people suggest upscaling your video, so if 1080p, export at 4k. I haven't found it makes that much of a difference
-Instagram does not take kindly to dark videos, aim to make increase the exposure on your shots without blowing your highlights (maybe just raise shadows a bit)
