Where has the Fraser Valley real estate market been? Where is it going?
As a realtor in one of the hottest real estate markets around, I am inundated daily with questions from clients. Recently there has been a lot concern about the Fraser Valley housing market as a whole.
"Will the market crash?"
"Are we in a housing bubble?"
"Is the market ever going to cool off?"
Questions like these aren't easy to answer. Nobody can predict the future, but looking at the the history of the Vancouver Housing Market can help us make an educated guess.
