Join Tawnee for a discussion about Reservation Horses
Tawnee will address some of the many questions about the reservation horses and the goals of the programs designed to help them. The video will discuss the Wild Horse Reservation Challenge, a groundbreaking initiative to transform wild horses into trail companions while honoring their heritage. It will also address the goal of reclaiming the worth of a currently discarded breed.
Specifically, the video will discuss the process of rounding up the horses and placing them in a training challenge. The horses will be paired with Native trainers who will teach them basic skills and help them become riding horses. The video will emphasize that this is an opportunity to provide these horses with a second chance and to highlight the unique skills and connection that Native people have with their horses.
