If you get a 2/3 Peaks, switch the app into Peaks mode, change to a side grip, start the test, and tap gently.
The Fake in this video fails eyes, weight, and ping. I’ve seen these show as 22k on the older resistivity testers, but if you know what to look for you can catch them pretty easily.
Always best to test and use multiple testing methods.
