These are the best core exercises for kids to improve their balance, flexibilty, and increase their muscular strength!!

This routine won't only help the little ones lose belly fat, but will also improve their balance and flexibility and develop a stronger core. We'll do functional exercises on the mat that will help kids have better composure when doing any physical activity, followed by standing exercises that build on strength and flexibility, and core exercises on the mat.
