Looks like we'll get 1600 primogems at least or 10 wishes.
Reward 2/4 = 400 Primogems and 2 Fragile Resin

What did it cost?
- Mass downvoting the Google Play Store Genshin Impact app
- Mass downvoting spilling over to other MiHoYo games like Honkai
- Mass spamming of Qiqi's in the Official Genshin Impact Discord
- Negative criticisms in all forums related to Genshin Impact
- Loss of reputation and respect for MiHoYo due to negative publicity

Why are people angry?
- The outburst of anger was triggered by the bad and even RNG 1st anniversary rewards given, but anger was already building up prior to 28th September 2021 (anniversary date)
- MiHoYo not listening to the many problems people have with the game like bugs
- MiHoYo not communicating with players, making them even angrier and confused
- Recently released characters underwhelming and/or having major problems
- Perceived greediness or stinginess of MiHoYo
- Some people joining the angry bandwagon for the memes we made along the way
