18 апреля в бизнес-инкубаторе ПВТ прошел семинар “Agile: team tools”.
Открыл вечер Роман Ковалевский (Program manager, Oxagile) с темой “Jira для операционного и стратегического планирования”. В рамках своего доклада Роман рассказал про Jira dashboards:
timesheet, spint health, filters (prod bugs, tech debt, incorrect statuses, 0 remaining estimates);
burndown (time and SP);
Pie charts for planning/project statistics (personal for estimates compliance, overall for analysis, aqa coverage);
seful Jira fields (environment, fix version, labels, is regression, caught by automation).
