Welcome to Yamal - in the heart of the Arctic and the Far North of Russia.
Today I have ventured to the edge of Siberia to immerse myself in the lives of real reindeer herders. Over the next few days, I will dwell among the nomads in an authentic chum amidst the frozen tundra.
I will experience firsthand their rugged way of life and gain insight into the challenges of survival in such extreme conditions. Throughout this journey, I aim to explore the rich culture, customs, and traditions of the nomadic Nenets people. Join me as we uncover the joys and hardships of life in the Russian North, amidst the vast expanses of the Tundra during the harsh winter months.
And I will also see a real mammoth skeleton, an icy waterfall, capture the most stunning Northern Lights, and, of course, visit Salekhard - the only city in the world located on the Arctic Circle.
This adventure promises to forever alter your perspective on the world!
So, are you ready to embark on this extraordinary journey?"
