To make a French salad:
Carrots - 1 pc. (200 g)
Egg - 4 pcs.
Hard cheese - 100 g
Mayonnaise - about 100 g
Apple - 1 pc. (200 g)
Onions - 1 pc. (100 g) optional
1. Cut the onion into small cubes. Grate cheese, eggs, carrots on a fine grater.
2. Peel the apple from skin and seeds. Grate on a coarse grater, sprinkle with lemon juice so that the apple does not darken.
3. Put in the following order: onion, apple, eggs, carrots, cheese. Try again. Grease each layer with a thin layer of mayonnaise. A layer of eggs and carrots can be salted to taste.
