This gate with dendro barrier is near the Tower of Abject Pride Domain. Then use the teleport waypoint in the south Ruins of Dahri and go down to the ruins. Drop down the center.

Lastly take the left side and keep straight until you meet the ruin guard, kill it and use dendro bow user to fire up the totem on the ceilings.
