FIX: You'll Need a New App to Open This ms-gamingoverlay - MS Gaming Overlay Error

This appears to be due to a problem with the Windows Store, but there is a simple fix.
Open Start and type game bar then in the results, click Game bar settings.
Find the option that starts Record game clips at the top of the window and switch this to Off.
The error will no longer appear.
