Xiaomi make good quality items but can they live up to this reputation with this webcam?
Comparing the webcam against the Crosstour CW100 and the Larmtek W3 webcams allows you to see image quality across all three, whether it be in complete darkness or with lights.
The model number for the camera is CMSXJ22A and it is also known as MI IMILAB.

*Hello all. We have seen in the comments that a number of people are having issues with the camera freezing after a few minutes. We have been in touch with Imilab to see if we can get some info on how to resolve the issue.

Here is the response we received: I’ve already watched the video about webcam, you took it very well, we also read the comments below, And I asked our engineers about the camera stuck, their feedback can try this: 1: Cannot extend the USB data line 2: If it is an old computer, try a new computer 3: Whether the computer's USB port is connected to other devices at the same time, if there are other devices,* please disconnect the other devices before testing 4: Uninstall the driver, reconnect and try again You can confirm if this problem occurs when using a certain software, You can try to test it with QQ chat and WeChat chat to see if you have the same problem.
