In this video, I will show you how to fix google play apps not updating problem.
1) Open Settings on your Android phone and go to Apps.
2) Click the app that is causing the issue, then click Force stop.
3) Now clear data for that app by clicking Clear data (you may need a pattern lock or PIN).
4) Now reboot your device by holding the Power button and Volume down key simultaneously until you see the bootloader screen. This will restart your device in Safe Mode where only pre-installed apps are available. 5) Once booted into safe mode, uninstall all updates of the Google Play Store app using the "Uninstall Updates" option from the Settings.
