When it comes about Boyoz, everyone in Izmir will point you to this bakery that indeed is really a good one.

I'm quite sure that maybe is a bit too pricy, nevertheless is a bakery with a good quality of products.
This bakery open in the 1983 and after the first baker Mustafa Akar passed away the second generation of the family is now leading the company that it is not only in Turkey active but also abroad!

They wide range of boyoz a part for the simple one include: minced meat, pastirma, kavurma, artichokes, eggplants, spinach, olives, cheese, zucchini, chocolate and the list goes on and on!

Definetely you may want to eat this food most probably, a food with jewish origin, together with a boiled egg and as well with a glass of tea! Without it wouldn't be the same. Trust me!

Should I say it again!? Please it them hot, hot hot! If you will eat them cold, all the magic that is locked up in this ball of dough will vanish! So be sure about the temperature! (In this time of Corona most of all XD)
