Redfall - Starve the Beast achievement guide (Metamorphosis)
Redfall - "Starve the Beast" missable achievement can be acquired during the side mission "Metamorphosis". You have two opportunities to play this quest: first one - when in the Sedgewick safehouse in the Redfall Commons and the second one - when in the Haven's Lot safehouse in the Burial Point.
Your objective is to complete the "Metamorphosis" quest without the vampire (the chrysalis) being nourished. There are some reports about the "enemies spawn" mechanic beeing broken during this quest so above all, be patient. If you can play this one with a co-op partner - do so! It's much easier. But if you're playing alone, lower the difficulty to "Daylight". Also, use only an auto rifle for quick dispatching and if you see the nourishment percentage go up, quit to main menu and restart the mission.
"Starve the Beast" achievement pops when killing the vampire that breaks free of the chrysalis. If you die in this specific moment, just get back to the mission location and finish off the vampire.
