Hello!
At your request, make a video report of what happened to the wheel, which I froze two and a half months ago. I will say the wheel is in order, I use the wheelbarrow for household needs. Let's see what will happen next.
And in this video I show how a wheel behaves under the weight of bricks, inside of which is frozen foam. I will load the wheelbarrow with a weight of 20,30,40 and 50 bricks. Let's see together what will come of it. Go.
My wheelbarrow is not designed for weights over 120 kg, and I think that most of them do too. As for me, the most comfortable weight for transportation is from 70 to 90 kg. The car rides easily and comfortably. About depreciation. When the car is empty, there is no depreciation. Hands are seen jumping up and down. When loaded, there is amortization. Honestly, I'm happy with the result.
If you decide to foam the wheel, I want to say about the choice of polyurethane foam.
1) Choose a professional one, as its density per cubic meter is almost twice as high as that of simple household polyurethane foams. This is the most important factor when choosing a foam.
2) Its structure, when solidified, is denser and without large bubbles.
3) The more foam you pour, the more evenly it will fill the empty space and the wheel will be denser.
Some in the comments to the previous video offered to buy and install a cast wheel and not suffer with foam and forget about the problem forever. As it turned out, the cast wheel also fails!
At the end of the video, I added a subscriber comment about the cast polyurethane wheel, who are interested, see the video until the end.
That's all for me! 😀 Enjoy viewing everyone! If the video was helpful, please put your thumb up and don't forget to subscribe so you don't miss new videos!
Good luck to everyone, we'll meet on the channel!
