How to Assign A Sim As The GRIM REAPER In the Sims 4 [NO MODS]
Here's how to change your sim into the Grim Reaper by using a few in-game cheats in the Sims 4. It's doable with a few steps. It's not perfect but I'm usually able to successful do this trick in a new game. You can advance quickly with the steps if you have a couple of mods like MC Command Center and Andrew Pose Player but these are not needed in order to achieve this cheat.
A lot of people was wondering how I was able to get Don Lothario the Grim Reaper in one of of videos (see below) so I'd thought I would attempt to show you.
If you have questions, let me know. This should work for console as well if you're able to use the "add to family" cheat.

In-game cheats used:
Cheat Command: control shift C
testingcheats on
shift click on Sim and add and remove from family should be available
Remove Grim Reaper Trait: traits.remove_trait IsGrimReaper
Add Grim Reaper Trait: traits.equip_trait IsGrimReaper
Other Notes:
It's probably best to save in between each step
I usually like to remove the old grim reaper from the family once it's completed
I also like to mark the new grim reaper's household as "other household"
you might not be able to use this household once you make the sim the grim reaper but you can try it.

Step 1: Summon Grim Reaper
Step 2: Put in cheat testingcheats on
Step 3: Shift + Click on Grim Reaper to "add to family"
step 4: remove "isGrimReaper Trait"
traits.remove_trait IsGrimReaper
step 5: add "isGrimReaper" trait to the sim you want as the grim reaper
traits.equip_trait IsGrimReaper
step 6: save your game
step 7: make sure you're not actively playing in the new reaper's household. I would suggest adding that household to "other households" in your "manage household" settings.
