I'm fairly sure these tracks go unused in the game. I've never heard Hip play them, but they exist in the game files under woman\music.
Tracks may appear more than once in the playlist. This is how they appear in the game files.
Files are as uncompressed as youtube allows. To get the original files use the unpacker that comes with Anomaly:
-Guitar files are located in sounds\characters_voice\human\music
-Hip's guitar files are located in sounds\characters_voice\human\woman\music
-The guitar files located in sounds\music are the original game's guitar tracks listed in their proper order.
