How to Use the Tone Curve Target Tool in Lightroom
Fair warning! This one assumes you have at least a basic understanding of the Tone Curve panel.
The Tone Curve panel in Lightroom lets you dial in very specific and exact adjustments to the luminance of your images, either by darkening or brightening your shadows, darks, lights, and highlights or by adjusting the color tone of each of those luminance ranges. In some ways, the color adjustment curves are kind of like the Color Grading tool… but only kind of. Follow the simple steps here to easily select specific luminance ranges when making these adjustments!
