Bethesda finally did it and added a space rover to the latest Starfield FREE update.

To buy Starfield Land Vehicle REV-8 you need to go to any "Ship Services" (can be done on any planet whit ship services in this video its on Akila City - located on the planet Akila in the Cheyenne system)
Go to ship service technician
select I'd like to purchase a vehicle
REV-8 will cost you 25,000 credits

In REV-8 you can drive and explore the planets you can shoot and scan without getting of the vehicle you can also turn on the lights and even FLY with it.
