Trigger one pipeline AFTER another in Azure Pipelines

Large products have several components that are dependent on each other. These components are often independently built, and when an upstream component changes, the dependencies have to be rebuilt and revalidated.

In situations like these, you can trigger one pipeline after another in Azure Pipelines using the Azure Pipelines triggers.
