Sony has just released their brand new MDR-M1 Closed-Back Professional Reference Headphones. Whether you're in a Pro studio, Home studio, or On the Road, these headphones are now in the conversation.
Designed to provide reference grade audio for monitoring, mixing, and mastering, the M1 seek to offer those without access to high-end monitoring environments the tools needed to create reliable and repeatable audio.
Musicians, audio engineers, creators, podcasters, voiceover artists, and video editors are among those Sony has considered when creating the MDR-M1, I believe they will also be of interest to casual listeners looking for a quality sound in headphones that are comfortable to wear for long periods.
I would like to thank Sony for providing the M1 in advance of release for me to work with and test. As always, my opinions are my own.
