Unlock Tier Set Cosmetic Effects Through New Dragonflight Achievement

Blizzard has added a new achievement to unlock cosmetic effects on some Vault of the Incarnates tier sets. This achievement, Deep Cuts from the Vault, requires players to complete top-end raiding, Mythic+, or PvP content.
NEW Deep Cuts From the Vault Complete one of the achievements or feats of strength listed below.
Mythic: Raszageth the Storm Eater
Dragonflight Keystone Hero: Season 1
Elite: Dragonflight Season 1
Reward: Gleaming Incarnate Thunderstone
The reward, Gleaming Incarnate Thunderstone, reads: "Infuse your armor with a faint echo of the Storm-Eater's power, unlocking additional visual effects for certain Vault of the Incarnates class set appearances. This effect is account-wide."
While Blizzard has not officially commented on this item, we are speculating that the lightning and flame effects present on the Mythic and Elite PvP helm and shoulders could be unlocked on the other armor tints. Here's an example of the elite effects in action, using the Warlock set:

Vault of the Incarnates Armor Models
The additional effects from Mythic sets can add a lot to the visual impact of an armor set, with many players disappointed that there was no way to earn elaborate variants of Shadowlands armor. For example, this mail Sanctum of Domination set looks more interesting with the purple glow effects--which was unobtainable to players. Hopefully items like Gleaming Incarnate Thunderstone will solve issues like this in the future.
