It has FINALLY happened, I never thought I would succeed doing a 100% UH run of what I think is the BEST custom map in Prodeus ever. It has the Gloomy Sci-Fi Mars atmosphere of Doom 3, and it is also somewhat non-linear as well with excellent room-to-room pathing and transitioning. It also has the best detail I've seen in a custom map. Had to find the secrets months ago to get this run ready. Always have your Quad-Shotgun (and grenade launcher) reloaded before engaging, you are going to have to be very tactical if you want to get through this with no deaths.
