Hearing the ad on the radio saying that this is the time of year when the NHS receives the fewest blood donations gave me the push I'd needed to go and give away some of my life juice.

It turns out the procedure was super simple, painless, and very quick. I'll definitely be going back in 12 weeks to donate again.
