If you are unfamiliar with Firebase Databases, make sure you watch the recommended dabbles below. Here, we build from a previous video where we learned how to create a Discord Bot that uses a Firebase Realtime Database.
Sohini discusses the following use case: you have an organization that has a Discord server and you want employees to be able to open up support tickets. Employees can type in their issues on discord and the bot will create a random ticket number and create an entry in the database. Then, the technical support team will be able to access tickets and respond accordingly.
