This video shows how you can use regular expressions in #Outlook email templates to tailor your reply for a particular recipient based on the content of their message. For example, you can dynamically insert relevant text into your response depending on whether a certain pattern is found in the original email subject or body. Additionally, you can extract matching strings from an incoming email and include them in your response where appropriate.
