NOTE: In this example, I show Keyframe Interval set to 1, which means a full frame every second. This is more frequent than the recommended 2, which could theoretically produce higher quality without B-frames, but it might be too intensive for the encoder on your chipset. I've also read about people using less frequent keyframes with good results, so your experience may vary. Again, this video is focused on the B-frame feature when it comes to recording via capture card, so, as I say in the video, please experiment with your output settings to find what works best on your system.
