27K DPS | Low Intensity Quickness GW2 Harbinger Build | Great For Fractals, Strikes, Raids
In this guide, I’ll show you a Low Intensity Quickness GW2 Harbinger Build that can do on average 26-27K DPS, while maintaining 100% Quickness Uptime. This build is great for GW2 Fractals, Strikes, Raids, and other group content. The gear we use is exactly the same as my other 34K DPS GW2 Harbinger Condi DPS Build, so make sure to check that one out. This way you’ll have 2 very good, low intensity builds that can be used for different situations.
