The Hardest Difficulty in Welcome to the Game 2 is one of the hardest gamemodes ever. You literally need to know everything about the game in order to beat 1337 mode. The enemies are incredibly aggressive and you can never make a single mistake or they will get you. This was actually the most stressful thing I've done in a long time.
