A Band of Bastards - Part 3 - Secrets, Hidden Options, and Roleplaying | Did You Know?
A new enemy has been discovered and Sir Hagen Zoul is here to stay unless you can drive his band off. Henry and Kuno's group set off on a new patrol near Uzhitz, where we find them trying to loot the mill and take advantage of the millmaids. It's time for the Bastards to come to the rescue!
It also seems that Kuno's men have a game they play amongst themselves. What better way to start some friendships?

00:23 - 1. Patrolling the Sassau
There's reports of strange horsemen east of the Sassau river. But it's a trap!
06:20 - 2. A Fighting Retreat
Henry and Kuno's men manage to escape with their hides and conduct a fighting retreat back to camp through several ambushes.
NB: These are random encounters that happened on the way back but I fitted them into the story.
09:23 - 3. Back at Camp
Everybody's made it back to camp safely. In a manner of speaking though, because some of them are resting on the road.
12:10 - 4. Hiding in Plain Sight
Jakey's been sighted at the Inn at the Glade, drinking away his treacherous silver. It could be another trap so expendable Henry's the one to check it out.
22:35 - 5. Bling Bling Ring
The games around the ring of bacchus are getting rougher every time. Now it's come down to Henry punching out Jan Bearman. Kuno and Henry decide to get things back in hand by returning the ring to Kuno to be destroyed.
29:19 - 6. Time to confront Zoul
All games concluded, it's time to confront Zoul before he strikes again. But of course it's another trap. Not one designed to kill everyone like at the Sassau, but to undermine Radzig by appealing to Kuno's greed.
36:03 - 7. To Battle
If you can threated or bribe Kuno to stay then he'll fight for Radzig. The most likely scenario is that at least one of his men will fall. But it's possible for all to fall. Or none.
43:34 - 8. Dueling Zoul
If your threats are too weak then Kuno will take Zoul's silver and betray Radzig. Never mind him cursing Jakey out for doing the same thing. But Henry can still leverage Zoul's honour against him via a challenge. The outcomes are that Zoul can die, surrender, or get knocked out.
