All ingredients must be at room temperature!
Total: 40 pcs., 830 gr. without glaze, about 1 kg. with glaze
Dough:
200 ml. milk
100 gr. wheat flour
220 gr sugar
35 gr. odorless vegetable oil
1 yolk (optional)
50 gr cocoa powder
+/- 250 gr. wheat flour
15 gr baking powder
A pinch of salt and soda
Glaze:
1 egg white
100-150 gr. powdered sugar
1-2 tsp. lemon juice
