Using the external footage's on the video sometimes need to extract the camera movement. For the example I use this video to show you how you can export the camera movement:
1-Draw your mask path. You can use mask track in the tracker panel .
2-Track it frame bye frame and if you had seen there was missing the position
3-go to the first missing position path and re posit the path again and track it again.
4-Take more time and correct the masks spots position over the time.
