This video shows you how to setup PHP debugging in Visual Studio Code.
It is a step by step video, where you will see all the required things you need to do to enable PHP debugging in Visual Studio Code.

Add PHP to Environment Variables: 0:20
Download the DLL file: 3:22
Install PHP debug extension: 4:49
