Authentication - MVC Web Application Database Setup with SQL
This video will help you setup a MVC Web Application with a local microsoft sql database.
The first step is to setup your web.config with a database connection string. The next step is to register a user on your web site app.

To make a page available to only users who have register, add a attribute to your controller - add [Authorize] to the top of the controller. Any Action/View will require the user to login first.
