Unfortunately, in a study conducted by Dr. Alison Wynn of the Stanford VMware Women’s Leadership Innovation Lab, company's are also not doing enough to ensure that women are welcome. In the study which spanned 84 different recruiting and interview sessions, it was found that not only were women not well represented in the presentations, but there were even cases where misogynistic messaging and pornography somehow made it into the materials. We speak to Dr. Wynn about the study and these shocking results.
